Very poor Service. Not professional at all. In meeting hall no service staff available. They not even provide tea & coffee also. No staff available to move tables and chairs. We went to meeting and we arranged tables. Business presentation going there in middle One lady came and spraying room fresher 😂. *PROFESSIONAL STAFF*
A group of us stayed there for 3 days and our get together was arranged at the hotel. Reception and restaurant staff were really good, courteous and cooperative. Grateful to the excellent service of Ms. Vijaya @ the restaurant. Only a small complaint though, when all of us came down together for breakfast, service was slow. The spread of breakfast buffet was okay, not many selections.
Rooms are good and neat, but again, in my room, no tissue paper, toiletries, a floor mat/ towel outside the toilet. Small issues, but surely makes the difference. When asked for shops nearby to purchase the toiletries, the reception immediately made arrangements to supply brush and toothpaste in the room. The rooms facing the street were cleaner and better.
Overall, not many complaints and we enjoyed staying there.
